"She said, 'Come look, there's a wardrobe of love in my eyes.'"

I admire my parents for many, many reasons.  One of those reasons is their choice for their favorite movie.

Which movie?  Well, I'm so glad you asked.  :)

If you're familiar with 80s film history, you might know a little this film.  A comedy starring Dustin Hoffman and Warren Beatty as a songwriting duo (neither of whom are very good at what they do) -- a winning recipe for box office success, right?  Apparently was widely considered a flop...except in my family.  We prefer to believe it was ahead of it's time.  Is it their greatest work?  Probably not.  But watching it is far from a miserable experience.

And now we all know how I came to be just a little off-beat.  :)

Anyway, I found the first 10 minutes of Ishtar on YouTube.  I think you should watch it.  :)  The song lyrics are just so funny!  Enjoy!

A co-worker commented it seemed like a 80's Napoleon Dynamite. Maybe.
It still makes me laugh.
