The quilt
Today I went to Hancock fabrics and picked out fabric for Liam's quilt. I'm so excited to get started! I drew out the plans on Google Sketchup last night. After we put together his dresser and shelf tomorrow, I'm hoping to start cutting and sewing.
My goal is for this quilt project to not be like my other quilt project. That quilt still sits unfinished in a box in the closet. I started it in college.

Oh I do feel you on those unfinished projects my friend! I am loving those colors, cannot wait to follow your progress. :)
Love these fabrics!!! I have some UFOs from prior years in my closet but I did completely make 2 small quilts this past year and finished up a queen-sized one that had been pieced a couple of years ago. Good luck with your quilt - simple designs go quickly. Happy new year!
