We plan on making these this weekend.

Some sort of combination of the two, anyway. This Sunday is our week to bring breakfast to Sunday School, and Mike was originally planning on making one of these for Valentine's Day. So we think this will be a fun, healthy idea.

And "Knife and Fork" has started again.  (For those unfamiliar, that's where we get together with 3 or 4 other couples from church every month for a potluck-style meal.)  We're bringing salad to lunch this Sunday.  I'm going with one of my favorites -- romaine lettuce, bagel chips, granny smith apples, and poppyseed dressing.

And, we're almost halfway through the work week!  I hope you're having a great week!
